Opulent sherry perfume, laden with dried fig, date and raisin, brushed with toffee and burnt sugar. Orange zest, cocoa nibs and roasted almond unfold against a warm oak spine, with white pepper and spice whispers. A velvety, slightly nutty bouquet that hints at age-softened barrels and a decadent Speyside charm.
Palate
Velvety and full-bodied, this Aberlour unfurls opulent sherry richness with an oily mouthfeel. Dried fig and raisin rise alongside orange peel, toffee and dark chocolate, while cinnamon and nutmeg weave warmth. The finish lingers, softly seasoned by oak and spice.
Finish
Long and velvety, this finish carries Oloroso sweetness that lingers with notes of dried fig, raisin and orange zest, framed by dark chocolate and spice, and carried on warm oak tannins.
