A sublime single cask Aberfeldy, bottled at cask strength and one of only 195 bottles. Smooth and delicate with a sweet creamy toffee flavour. More sweet spice and coconut on the palate with a slight fruitier edge, dried fruits, sultanas and raisins.
The finish has a slight zesty note and a very gentle wispo of smoke. A really beautifully balanced and structured Highland single malt.

Delicate, creamy toffee aroma with a soft vanilla lift. Subtle coconut joins the sweetness, while dried fruits such as sultanas and raisins add a rich, nutty edge. A touch of oak and faint sherry notes weave through, hinting at the single-cask Highland elegance to come.
Palate
Smooth and delicate on the palate, with a creamy toffee sweetness that lingers. Delicate waves of sweet spice and coconut emerge, followed by a subtle fruitier edge and notes of dried fruits—sultanas and raisins—crafting a luxuriously balanced Highland profile.
Finish
A bright, zesty finish with a gentle wisp of smoke, beautifully balanced and structured.
