Colour
A rich, sunlit amber with copper-gold glow and a hint of mahogany at the rim.
Nose
Sun-warmed honeyed orchard fruit rises from the glass—pear, apple and citrusy zest mingling with vanilla and a whisper of almond. A touch of toffee and soft spice saunters through, while polished oak lends depth. The nose is refined, generous, and utterly inviting, hinting at a mature, aged balance.
Palate
Silky, honeyed and orchard-fruit forward, with pear and apple layered beneath vanilla cream and a whisper of toffee. Subtle spice warms the mid-palate, supported by soft oak and a delicate sherried sweetness. Elegant and balanced, it finishes long with creamy, mellow notes.
Finish
Long, silky and honeyed, the finish shows orchard fruit, vanilla and toffee, lifted by sherry-cask warmth. Spices linger, then give way to almond and a refined, nutty fade.
