Tasting Notes

Colour

Rich amber with sun-kissed honey-gold highlights and a warm, inviting glow.

Nose

Sweet citrus and chocolate orange rise from the glass, balanced by rich oak with touches of toffee and sweet malt.

Palate

Toffee and chocolate mingle with espresso, balanced by creamy berries and a bright touch of sweet orange.

Finish

Sweet and lingering, with whispers of wood spice, citrus zest and creamy toffee that echo on the palate.

Aber Falls
Aber Falls was commissioned in late 2017 and began production in early 2018 in Abergwyngregyn, North Wales, close to Rhaeadr Fawr, the Aber Falls waterfall. It was the first whisky distillery in North Wales for more than 100 years and forms part of Halewood Artisanal Spirits, with production centred on Welsh ingredients and local distillation.
