Yamazaki Smoky Batch - The First

A blend made entirely of smoky malts produced at the Yamazaki Distillery. Enjoy the subtly smoky flavour of a Japanese whisky. This limited-edition design features "Yamazaki" in brush-written characters on a label of Echizen Washi, Japanese paper made in the traditional way, adopting the ink-black brand color.

Hakushu Japanese Forest - Bittersweet Edition

A blend of malts produced in the Hakushu Distillery that have been aged exclusively in Spanish Oak Casks. Along with the sweet and subtly bitter flavor, enjoy the refreshingly soft palate for which Hakushu is famous for. The limited-edition design expresses the harvest season with the motif of tree leaves found in the Hakushu forest.

Juicy pineapple and honey illuminate the aroma, accented by a subtle, smoky glow of embers.

Palate

A sweetly fruity palate, slowly embraced by gentle smokiness, with soft oak and a hint of bitterness; a light, lingering touch of peat.

Finish

A faintly woody, peaty finish that lingers after the first sip, leaving a warm resonance and a subtle whisper of smoke to fade slowly.
