Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden amber with warm copper undertones and a sunlit bronze glow.
Nose
Warm and inviting, this nose unfurls with honeyed orchard fruit, vanilla and a soft caramel glow. Subtle malt sweetness mingles with delicate grain perfume, while a whisper of smoke and toasted oak provides gentle backbone. A hint of Sherry-cask warmth and citrus zest brighten the aroma, signaling light peat and refined balance.
Palate
Silky and approachable, this blend threads a soft peat through creamy malt and grain. Honeyed orchard fruit, vanilla and caramel unfold on the palate, with subtle spice and toasted oak. Mid-palate sweetness gives way to a warm, lightly peated finish—gentle smoke, citrus zest and lingering warmth.

Silky, medium-length finish with a gentle peat kiss and creamy vanilla that lingers. Subtle oak and warm spice drift away in a refined, airy tail, leaving a soft, velvety warmth.
