Weller C.Y.P.B. emerged from Buffalo Trace Distillery’s initiative to let customers influence their ideal bourbon. A few years back, the distillery launched an online campaign inviting consumers to select their preferred bourbon recipe, including choices for mash bill, warehouse location, proof, and age.
The result of this collaborative effort is Weller C.Y.P.B., which stands for “Craft Your Perfect Bourbon.” This limited-edition whiskey features a wheated recipe, aged for eight years on the highest warehouse floors, and bottled at 95 proof.
