Nose

Intense sherry-led aroma with sun-warmed dark fruits—figs, raisins, dates—accented by orange zest and treacle. Hints of toasted almond, toffee, and caramel mingle with spice (nutmeg, clove) and a velvety oak backbone. Subtle cocoa powder and leather emerge, giving a decadent, warm invitation to what lies in the glass.

Palate

Opulent and full-bodied, the palate is bathed in first-fill Oloroso. Dried fig, raisin and date weave with maple-touched toffee and dark chocolate, while cinnamon, clove and nutmeg spark a warm spice echo. Roasted almond and a hint of leather add complexity, all carried by a lush, 57.1% ABV that coats the palate and lingers with nutty, oaky sherried echoes.

Finish

Long, luxurious and sherried, the finish coats the palate with Oloroso richness—dried fruit, orange zest and almond—woven with toasted oak and spice. A warm drift of cocoa and cinnamon lingers, slowly fading into a soft, enduring glow.
