Colour

Nose

Sherry-kissed aromas envelop ripe fig and plum, with raisin sweetness and orange zest. Antique oak weaves in cocoa nibs, leather, and a whisper of tobacco, while cinnamon and clove spice add a measured warmth. Elegant, complex, and inviting from the first swirl.

Palate

Silky, full-bodied on the palate with an oily, generous mouthfeel. Dark dried fruit—fig, date, raisin—meets warm sherry, layered with almond, toffee and cocoa. Spices rise softly—ginger, cinnamon, clove—carried by a subtle oak lift. A long, decadent finish of cacao and orange zest, ending in refined, velvety dryness.
