Delicate, slightly aromatic and floral, this nose opens with tropical fruit—especially pineapple—paired with citrus oils of orange and lemon. Subtle green herbal notes trail a whisper of wine gums, all resting on a clean, grassy Irish malt.
Palate
Green apples and candied citrus on a grassy, herbal body, with a dusting of cocoa powder, toasted vanilla and sweet spice, finishing with cookie dough.
Finish
Spicy citrus, powdered ginger, zingy candied peel, chocolate lime sweets and cocoa powder.
