The Murray, the 2nd release in the Marquess collection is bottled at 46%, firstly matured in first fill Bourbon casks before the finishing in red wines casks from the Southern Rhone.
On the nose, quite woody and leathery with peach, demerara sugar and baked strawberries. More red berry, glace cherries, cedar and woody, oaky spices. The finish is quite biscuity with more strawberries and a little dryness.

Spices unfold, hints of cinnamon and clove, balanced by a gentle sweetness reminiscent of biscuit. The finish is drying, with strawberry warmth lingering into a crisp, biscuity aftertaste.
