Nose
Opulent sherry-led aroma of dark raisin and fig, layered with vanilla, toffee and cocoa. Dried orange zest and toasted almond mingle with warm spice and oak, lifted by subtle orchard fruit notes.
Palate
Velvet and malt-forward, this sherry-kissed dram layers dried cherry and fig with roasted hazelnut, cocoa and toffee. A bright orange zest spark lifts spice mid-palate, while oak and praline sweetness drift into a lingering, warm finish.
Finish
Long, elegant finish with warming sherry sweetness that lingers over dark fruit, cocoa and toasted oak. Subtle orange zest and baking-spice emerge, then taper to a velvety, lasting finish with a refined oak tannin.
