Colour
Deep amber with warm copper-gold radiance and mahogany-tinged edges, a sun-warmed sherry glow that hints at long oak maturation.
Nose
Bright tropical fruits rise from the glass, mingled with warm winter spices from Oloroso Sherry butts. Mango and pineapple meet clove and cinnamon, underpinned by subtle oak—a luxurious, inviting nose with depth and a lingering, festive warmth.
Palate
Rich yet sweet on the palate, the fruity tones develop into oaky flavours of raw heather honey and roasted chestnuts.
Finish
An extraordinarily long finish unfurls with lush fruit—orange zest, apricot and orchard peach—threaded with warming winter spice. Sherry richness lingers, leaving a toasted-oak glow and a lingering, comforting warmth.
