This 2011 vintage was bottled in honor of the 2026 Lunar New Year, celebrating the Year of the Horse.
The nose opens with bright orange zest and dried cranberries, then drifts into sweeter territory with hints of honeycomb and candy floss. Layers of cinnamon, tiramisu, mulled wine, and even jalapeño emerge, pulling the aromas in new directions. Each return to the glass reveals something different.
On the palate, the structure is firmer than the nose implies, yet still showcases an array of flavours—candied almonds, toffee apples, sultanas, and salted liquorice. The finish is long, rounded, and marked by lingering baking spices.
