Nose
Opulent sherry and ripe fruit leap from the glass: fig, raisin, and dried cherry mingle with orange zest and dark chocolate. Warm notes of toasted almond, cinnamon, and clove drift over a caramel-wood backbone, finishing with a soft, syrupy sweetness and hints of espresso.
Palate
Opulent and warming, the palate delivers a lush sherry-driven profile: prune, raisin and fig mingle with dark chocolate and toffee. Orange zest and baking spices—cinnamon and nutmeg—thread through toasted oak, giving a velvety, full-bodied mouthfeel. Rich yet balanced, with a long, warming finish of cocoa and dried fruit.
Finish
Long, luxurious and warmly lingering, the finish is a sherry-kissed finale. Dark fruit, cocoa and coffee mingle with spice—cinnamon and clove—while toasted oak adds a sculpted bite. Dried fig and raisin drift through velvety sweetness, leaving a comforting, lingering warmth that invites the next sip.
