Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with coppery highlights and a mahogany glow, shimmering with sherry-warmed depth.
Nose
Cedar wood, strawberry-vanilla jam, and smoky chimney cake mingle with chocolate-covered raisins, while just-cut lumber lends an earthy sweetness to the aroma.
Palate
Sticky honey is drizzled on sherry trifle, while next, refreshing cranberry juice and oozing strawberry fondant come to the forefront. A little bit of clove spice blends with a penny toffee.
Finish
Orange zest and liquorice linger, tempered by a syrupy sweetness. A smooth-yet-spicy finale of 50% cocoa chili chocolate leaves a lasting, elegant impression.
