Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with coppery highlights and mahogany undertones—a luxurious, sherry-toned glow.
Nose
Rum-and-raisin ice cream, served with pecan pie and caramel brittle. Aromas of caramelised plums and freshly-baked redcurrant scones mingle with the freshness of crisp paper.
Palate
Cloves and mince pies with a dusting of icing sugar greet the palate, then boiled fruitcake drizzled with acacia honey fills the senses, while dried cranberries and liquorice‑and‑mint tea weave through to a warm, lingering finish.
Finish
Warming and sweetly intense, the finish lingers with allspice, agave syrup and dates. Velvet falernum and almond extract trace the back of the palate, leaving a softly spiced, lasting sweetness that coats the senses.
