The Muff Liquor Company Irish Whiskey is a distinctive five-part blend of Irish malt and grain whiskeys, created to bring together sweetness, fruit, oak and gentle peat in one layered style. The blend combines grain whiskey matured in heavily charred virgin oak, grain whiskey from ex-bourbon casks, sherry-matured triple-distilled malt, double-distilled malt and peated triple-distilled malt matured in ex-bourbon casks. Bottled at 43% ABV, it delivers a richer, smokier profile than many lighter Irish blends.
On the nose, expect orange peel, cinder toffee, banana chips, ripe nectarine and soft peat. The palate brings cinnamon, oak, caramelised nuts and crisp green apple, followed by vanilla pod, coconut and lingering smoke on the finish. The Muff Liquor Company takes its name from the village of Muff in County Donegal, where the founders’ family roots lie.

Silky, enduring finish where malt and grain coalesce into honeyed sweetness, with vanilla and orchard fruit drifting through. A measured touch of spice and toasted oak lingers, imparting creamy warmth and a refined, satin-long finale on the palate.
