Colour

Golden amber with warm copper highlights.

Nose

First comes a toasty hit of sooty smoke, then sweet white grapes with lemon zest, swiftly swallowed by a lush peaty veil, with a final whisper of butterscotch mints.

Palate

Sweet, juicy fruits bloom on the palate, evolving into earthy notes with a bite of chilli heat.

Finish

Very long, with rolling peat smoke and BBQ’d lemon peels that linger, leaving a soft, sooty sweetness on the palate.
