Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden amber with a warm honey glow and a whisper of coppery depth.
Nose
Baked apples and poached pears in vanilla syrup lead the nose, complemented by baked pastry goods, shortbread biscuits, almonds and a touch of green grape jelly. A refined, orchard-bright aroma that hints at comforting sweetness and subtle spice.
Palate
Poached pears and pear drops, baked apple pie with nutmeg‑topped pastry, and white chocolate mingle with sugared almonds. A soft spice lingers, carried by creamy oak for a luscious, orchard‑fresh finish.
Finish
Elegant finish with lingering apple and pear fruit, lifted by vanilla, marzipan and a whisper of cake icing.
