Tasting Notes
Nose
Baked apples, poached pears in vanilla stock syrup, baked pasty goods, shortbread biscuits, almonds, green grape jelly.
Palate
Poached pears or pear drops galore, baked apple pie with nutmeg topped pastry, white chocolate, sugared almonds, soft spice and creamy oak.
Finish
Elegant with more apple and pear fruit, vanilla, marzipan and cake icing.
