Palate

Bold and refined on the palate, Teaninich Sherry Cask reveals a lush, dark-fruit core of fig, prune and raisin, woven with chocolate and almond, and a hint of citrus zest. Rich sherry sweetness sits on a sturdy, peppery frame from the high ABV, finishing long, warming, with oak and spice lingering.

Finish

Long, warming finish with a velvety, cacao-tinged echo. Rich dark fruit—fig and dried apricot—backed by toasted oak and a kiss of spice. The 58.3% ABV sustains the palate, leaving a drying, peppery linger that invites another sip and a final note of cacao and oak.
