Colour

Silky, slightly oily on the palate, with a whisper of peat and coastal salt. Sherry influence delivers dried fig, raisin, and candied orange, balanced by almond and vanilla. Oak adds warmth and spice, leaving a cocoa-tinted finish with a soft maritime tang.

Finish

Medium-long finish with coastal peat and sea-salt notes, fading into dried fruit, cocoa and toasted almond. A subtle sherry sweetness threads through warm spice and oak, leaving a lingering, maritime warmth.
