Colour

Coastal peat and sea-salt lift the nose, layered with sherry-tinged fruit, fig and orange zest. Vanilla and honeyed oak arc through a subtle smoky backdrop, while almonds and toffee hint at richness. A refined, maritime bouquet with a gentle, balanced sweetness.
Palate
Springbank’s coastal, waxy mouthfeel blooms with a whisper of peat and sea air. Sherry influence gilds dark fruit—raisin, fig, plum—over caramelized toffee and toasted almond. Creamy vanilla and gentle spice build across the palate, delivering a silky texture, and a long finish of oak, cocoa, dried fruit, and a subtle maritime lift.
Finish
Long and enveloping, the finish marries briny peat with maritime smoke, slowly yielding to sherry-soaked fruit, dark chocolate, and spice. Toasted oak and cocoa linger softly, with a velvety warmth and a faint mineral snap that fades to an ember-dusted echo.
