Shinju Japanese whisky is created using Mt. Fuji's pristine alpine water, giving it a unique smoothness. Double distilled then aged in oak for 8 years, there are notes of honey, orange and vanilla. This is accompanied by hints of herbaceous notes and light oak.

Silky entry with honeyed sweetness and bright citrus zest of orange, unfolding into creamy vanilla and soft oak. Pristine alpine water lends a pliant, smooth mouthfeel as subtle herbaceous notes mingle with gentle spice, delivering a balanced, mouth-coating warmth and a clean, lingering finish.

Finish

A graceful, lingering finish of honey and orange zest, caressed by vanilla, with subtle herbaceous hints and light oak, fading to a clean, silky sweetness.
