Caramel and dark vanilla lead the aroma, lifted by toasted oak and roasted-stave warmth. Rich toffee and warm chestnut mingle with amber glow, lightly spiced by rye. A polished, inviting sweetness and oak-driven depth unfold in the nose.
Palate
On the palate, caramel and dark vanilla mingle with toasted oak from the second barrel. Rich and velvety, rye spice emerges—pepper, clove—with hints of toffee and chestnut. Full-bodied yet refined, the oak frames a warm, lingering sweetness that mirrors its amber depths.
Finish
Long and warm, the finish unfolds with caramel and dark vanilla, mingled with toasted oak and rye spice. The second oak rounds the sweetness to a smooth, lingering glow—amber and chestnut-tinted—and fades with refined, comforting persistence.
