Master Distiller Brent Elliott selected and mingled six of Four Roses’ 10 Bourbon recipes, each aged a minimum of 6 years, to handcraft Small Batch Select. Non-chill filtered and 104 proof, this Whiskey offers truly unique flavour characteristics.
On the nose there are aromas of raspberries, clove, and nutmeg. On the palate you will discover notes of apricot, berries, vanilla and light oak. Spearmint lingers on the finish with a light touch of cinnamon.
