Tasting Notes

Colour

Golden straw with warm honey hues.

Nose

Vivid vanilla and caramel rise over toasted oak, with bright citrus zest and a creamy toffee sweetness. Subtle grain notes mingle with hints of apple and pear, while cinnamon and nutmeg provide gentle spice. A warm, resinous oak linger frames the aroma, polished and inviting.

Palate

Vibrant and full-bodied on the palate, delivering brisk peppery spice with citrus zest and green apple notes. Creamy vanilla and toffee weave through the mid-palate, lifted by oak and a hint of spice from the barrel. Clean, drying finish with a touch of smoke and a lasting fruit sweetness that lingers warmly.

Finish

Long, warming finish with peppery spice and toasted oak, drifting into vanilla and caramel. Subtle citrus zest threads through, leaving a refined, softly drying trail that lingers gently on the palate.
