Palate
Soft yet lively, the palate glides with orchard fruit and orange zest, giving way to glazed cherry, prune, and cacao. Nutty almond notes, a hint of vanilla, and spice ride a delicate sherry-laced frame, finishing with cocoa-dusted oak and a lingering, refined sweetness.
Finish
Silky and refined, the finish lingers with sherry-dark fruit—plum, raisin and fig—woven with toasted almond and cocoa. Subtle oak and gentle spice warm the palate as honeyed orchard sweetness slowly fades into a long, elegant, warming finish.
