Palate
Mossy vanilla leads to peppery, lime-scented peat, with creamy pear drops and crisp green apples wrapped in a whisper of soft peat smoke.
Finish
Fresh seaweed lingers with peaty lime cordial, green apple dusted with icing sugar, a touch of white pepper, and a whisper of ashy oak.
