Tasting Notes
Colour
Rich amber with coppery highlights and a tawny mahogany depth, a sunlit, honeyed glow.
Nose
Fresh apples and citrus rise, mingling with creamy fudge and sultana raisins to form a complex, bright and well-balanced aroma that remains clean and inviting.
Palate
Incredibly smooth on the palate, fresh, bright notes mingle with rich dried fruits. Delicate and sweet, with just a hint of bitterness to keep it refreshingly balanced.
Finish
Slow to reveal, it stretches into a long finish where Madeira cake and sultanas linger, a refined, dessert-like echo on the palate.
