Tasting Notes

Colour

Golden amber with honeyed warmth and a subtle coppery glow.

Nose

Fresh maritime air with sea-salt brine and citrus zest, balanced by honeyed vanilla and toffee, a soft malt sweetness, and a touch of smoke and almond.

Palate

Silky, medium-bodied with a creamy vanilla and honeyed malt base. Fragrant citrus zest and green apple ride the palate, while a delicate sea-salt tang and whisper of maritime smoke weave through the sweetness. Subtle oak spice lingers, finishing with warm, nutty notes that invite another refined sip.

Finish

Long, maritime finish with bright citrus zest and sea-salt tang, a gentle whisper of smoke, and warm honeyed oak, lingering with almond and cocoa hints.
