Milk and Honey is Israel's first whisky distillery, located in Tel Aviv . The Triple Cask series is a blend of three casks – an ex-bourbon barrel and two ex-red wine casks at different levels of charring, thus helping to balance and refine the different flavors. One of the casks was finished for a few months in a barrel that previously used to mature peated whisky from the island of Islay in Scotland, providing an additional layer of slight peatiness and complexity to the distillate.

Tasting Notes
Nose
A delicate peatiness together with a malty sweetness, oak, followed by the sweetness of dried fruit and honey.
Palate
Light-bodied, notes of peaty smoke predominate at first, accompanied by the sweet taste of dried fruit and honey.
Finish
Long. The peaty note lingers in the mouth for a while, together with light woody flavors.
