A classic blend of corn, wheat and rye make up this TBWC Bourbon produced at the Resevoir distillery. A larger batch of this one, 963 bottles were produced and bottled at 46.6%.

A char and spiced nose is complimented by chocolate, butter and caramel. The palate is dark and sweet with spice, toffee and raspberry. The finish is long smooth and slightly smokey.
