Bearing the name of the celebrated second generation Midleton Master Distiller, Midleton Barry Crockett Legacy represents a selection of pot still whiskeys which have been matured exclusively in American bourbon barrels with a subtle contribution from a pot still distillate which has matured in an unseasoned American barrel.

Colour
Radiant golden amber with warm honey highlights and a subtle coppery depth.
Nose
Silky vanilla and toasted toffee lead into orchard fruits and a bright hint of citrus, all wrapped in creamy oak. Nectarous honey, almond paste, and gentle baking spices linger, while a subtle pot-still richness from the unseasoned barrels adds depth to the warm, bourbon-borne aroma.
Palate
Silky and refined, the palate unfurls with creamy vanilla, golden caramel, and honeyed orchard fruit, a touch of coconut from the bourbon cask, and bright citrus. Subtle pot-still spice threads through toasted oak, delivering a velvety mouthfeel and a long, warming finish of vanilla, spice, and soft wood.

An enveloping, long finish of creamy vanilla and warm caramel, with citrus zest and toasted oak guiding dried fruit into a soft spice. A breath of bourbon sweetness from Barry Crockett Legacy lingers, finishing with gentle pepper and a bright citrus glow that invites the next sip.
