Aged for 9 years, including a finishing period in a specially-coopered Moscatel Sherry octave cask, before being bottled up at 51.8% ABV! Expect a large helping of chocolate, salt and fruit with this one.

Sherry-forward with an earthy peat underbelly, unfolding into a nutty brownie aroma.
Palate
Deconstructed rocky road on the palate: a savoury biscuit baseline opens to lush sultanas and dark chocolate, with a saline, subtle smoky undercurrent and a rich, sherried sweetness that lingers long on the tongue.
Finish
Fruity esters linger on the palate, with a lasting vanilla sweetness that gently trails into a warm, refined finish.
