Matured in ex-bourbon oak, the cask influence brings vanilla, gentle spice and oak warmth to Lochindaal’s unpeated, island character, balancing smoky coastal notes with developed wood influence.

Burnished gold with honey-amber tones and a coppery glow.
Nose
Vanilla bean, creamy toffee and warm oak lead the nose, lifted by subtle cinnamon and nutmeg. A maritime whisper of brine and sea-salt fuses with a gentle, soft smoke, balancing the bourbon’s caramel sweetness with hints of coconut for an island-tinged aroma.
Palate
Bold cask-strength palate of vanilla bean, caramel and toasted oak, wrapped in a velvety texture. Gentle spice—nutmeg and white pepper—highlights a subtle coastal smokiness, finishing long, warm and maritime.
Finish
Long, warm finish at cask strength, where vanilla and creamy oak leave a lasting sweetness, lightly spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg, and a whisper of coastal smoke lingers. Bourbon-cask influence adds silky caramel and warm oak, gradually fading to a refined maritime glow.
