Colour
Pale gold with a delicate honey tint.
Nose
Light, inviting nose with delicate floral lift over a sweet, creamy malt. Orchard fruits—pear and ripe apple—with a flutter of citrus zest. Subtle sherry influence adds caramelized sweetness and a whisper of raisin. Warming spice—cinnamon and a hint of clove—emerges as the aroma settles, giving a refined, malty allure.
Palate
Silky, honeyed malt coats the palate, lifted by orchard fruit and a subtle floral note. Sherry‑tinged depth joins gentle spice—cinnamon and nutmeg—with a soft oak backbone, leaving a warm, lingering finish.
