Silky and vibrant, the palate reveals fresh orchard fruit—green apple and pear—complemented by creamy vanilla and caramel from the ex-bourbon casks. Cinnamon and nutmeg spice rise gently, while subtle oak supports a warm, lingering finish. Medium-bodied, clean, and well-balanced with a lively fruity edge.

Long and bright, the finish coats the palate with orchard fruit sweetness, vanilla caramel and a gentle spice that lingers, finishing with a clean, softly oaked echo.
