Tasting Notes
Nose
Fresh grassy barley with herbal notes, macaroon, soft nougart, pears in syrup, touch of aromatic spice, menthol and dried apple.
Palate
Key lime pie filling, lemon thyme, mojito like mix (lime/mint and sugar syrup) more grassy & herbal nuances with fizzy citrus, sherbet dip and some late peppery oak.
Finish
Almond, white pepper, lemon and lime pop, grassy/blossom notes, vanilla stock syrup and ripe pear.
