Tasting Notes
Colour
Natural golden straw with sunlit warmth, a luminous hue that hints at honey and amber at the rim.
Nose
Fresh grassy barley unfolds with herbal brightness, a delicate kiss of macaroon and soft nougat. Pears in syrup lend mellow sweetness, while aromatic spice lightly sparkles; menthol wafts coolly above dried apple, leaving a minty orchard hush.
Palate
Key lime pie filling and lemon thyme lead the palate, with mojito-like lime, mint and sugar syrup unfolding over grassy, herbal notes. Fizzy citrus and sherbet lift glide into a finish threaded with late peppery oak.
Finish
A delicate, lingering finish that coats the palate with almond and white pepper, bright lemon and lime sparks, and a whisper of grassy blossom. Vanilla stock syrup sweetness lingers with ripe pear, leaving a clean orchard-fresh impression.
