A whisky only Jura could make, born of our island and still produced today in a bottle originally shaped to withstand the roughest of journeys from our home. Crafted in exceptionally tall stills and matured for 10 years in America White Oak ex bourbon barrels.
The finishing touch is a finish in the finest aged Oloroso Sherry casks from Jerez, Spain. A sweet, smooth whisky with flavours of rich dark chocolate and vanilla cream throughout.

Colour
Deep amber with coppery edges and a warm mahogany glow.
Nose
Opulent aroma of dark chocolate and vanilla cream, folded with caramel and warm oak. Rich hints of Oloroso sherry bring dried fig and raisin sweetness, while a gentle maritime breeze from the island adds a subtle salt-kissed edge.
Palate
Silky and creamy on the palate, with luscious dark chocolate and vanilla cream at the core. Rich treacle and toffee mingle with a sherry-softened oak frame, while hints of almond and dried fruit add depth, finishing with warm cocoa-spice and a lingering smooth sweetness.
Finish
A long, silky finish drenched in Oloroso sherry influence: dark chocolate lingers with vanilla cream, while warm toffee and toasted almonds add a nutty, cocoa-kissed sweetness that softly fades.
