Primarily matured in bourbon barrels and blended with aged distillates from fresh American white oak, it offers a beautiful colour and a blend of fruity notes with a warm oak spice.
The whisky is rich with ripe pears, apples, and sweet vanilla, complemented by a hint of banana and subtle oak spice. Flavours of creamy vanilla, crunchy apples, banana bread, and dark nougat follow, with a long, warming finish of oak, dark chocolate, and a touch of dry smoke.
