Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep golden amber with coppery glints and a warm, sherry-kissed tawny edge.
Nose
Rich sherry-influenced aroma with dark plum and raisin, tangy fig, orange peel and toffee. Velvet vanilla and refined oak frame the scent, while cinnamon and clove add quiet warmth. Hints of cacao, leather and cigar box complete the mature, luxurious nose—silky, inviting and impeccably balanced.
Palate
Silky and full-bodied, this carries a rich sherried sweetness across the palate. Dark prune, fig and raisin weave with toasted almond, vanilla and a touch of cocoa, all tempered by refined oak. Warm spice with cinnamon and clove enlivens the mid-palate, before a long, elegant finish with leather, tobacco and a gentle balsamic lift.
Finish
Long, velvety finish layered with sherry sweetness—raisin, fig and orange peel mingle with dark chocolate and toasted almond. Spices drift in softly (nutmeg, clove) as oak tannins envelope the palate, fading to a warm, refined glow that lingers with dignified richness.
