Tasting Notes

Colour

Golden amber with warm copper-gold highlights, a sunlit hue that glows in the glass.

Nose

A rich, inviting aroma leaning toward Johnnie Walker Black, with lush toffee sweetness and a delicate note of anise, finished by a warm caramel-laden glow.

Palate

Cardhu’s signature fruit-forward core shines through, with ripe orchard fruits framed by creamy flan and sticky pudding. Plenty of oak lends structure and depth, while a velvety, warming finish lingers on the palate.

Finish

Medium-length and refined, the finish settles into a cocoa-dusted fade. Dark chocolate lingers, tempered by vanilla and a hint of orchard fruit.
