Jack Daniel's Scenes From Lynchburg #11 - Cave Spring Whiskey (1 Litre)
Out of stock
The image on this bottle shows the iron-free water used to create every drop of Jack Daniel’s whiskey before it is enjoyed around the world. Because iron can ruin a whiskey’s taste and color, this spring played a huge role in Jack Daniel establishing his Distillery at this location.
Following the U.S. debut of this series in 2003, a new bottle in the series was released every year with the exception of 2010. In the U.S. these “Scenes” bottles are available in a 750ml size with 86 proof whiskey, and are not sold in a box or with a hang tag. This series can also be found in Europe (debuted in 1998) as 1 liter bottles filled with 86 proof whiskey and in Canada as 750ml bottles filled with 80 proof whiskey.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden amber with warm honey and copper undertones.
Nose
Silky vanilla and caramel mingle with toasted oak and a whisper of baking spice. Bright citrus zest lifts the aroma, while a pristine mineral edge—evoking spring water flowing through limestone—adds a clean, refreshing lift and a cool cave-spring clarity.
Palate
Silky vanilla and caramel ride a toasted oak backbone, with a whisper of maple sweetness. Mid-palate reveals subtle fruit and spice, kept in check by Jack Daniel’s signature charcoal-mellow softness, leaving a warm, refined finish.
Finish
Clean, enduring finish with a subtle warmth that lingers gracefully, touched by the purity of the iron-free spring water.
