Colour

Glowing golden amber with warm honey hues and coppery highlights.

Nose

Rich sherry influence fills the nose with dried fig and raisin, layered with orange zest and toffee. Nutty almond and walnut mingle with dark chocolate, while cinnamon and clove spice weave through vanilla-tinged oak. A refined, velvety aroma hinting at elegance and quiet maturity.

Palate

Silky and balanced, the palate reveals dried-fruit sweetness—fig, raisin, orange zest—layered with toasted almond and sherry oak. Notes of toffee, dark chocolate and spice (cinnamon, clove) emerge, supported by velvet mouthfeel. The finish is long, warming, with oak, cocoa and a citrus lift.

Finish

Long and refined, the finish lingers with sherry-sweetened fruit—fig and raisin—paired with toasted almond and cocoa. Warm oak and spice persist, delivering a velvety, lasting glow that coats the palate and invites another sip.
