Palate
Silky, medium-full palate with a measured wave of oak and vanilla, layered spice and peat smoke, balanced by orchard fruit and honey sweetness. Richly mouth-coating, the peat remains refined rather than biting, while sherry-influenced dried fruit adds depth. A warm, lingering finish of gentle char, cocoa, and mineral tang, inviting another sip.
Finish
Long and refined, the finish delivers warm honeyed fruit and layered spice, buoyed by a delicate peat smoke. Oak and sherry depth linger, fading into a soft, smoky echo with a touch of maritime air on the palate.
