Heaven's Door Tennessee Whiskey Gift Pack (Bob Dylan)
Out of stock
A selection of 3 x 20cl bottlings from the iconic Heaven's Door Collection:
- Straight Bourbon Whiskey
A unique Tennessee Bourbon with an unconventional mashbill. 30% of it is comprised of small grains, ie not Corn, Wheat or Rye. The resulting whiskey is aged for a minimum of 8 years in American Oak. Smooth and elegant this whiskey has notes of Vanilla, Butterscotch, Oak and Buttered toast.
- Double Barrel Whiskey
A blend of three different whiskeys, the double barrel finishing utilizes hand toasted, new American oak barrels for secondary maturation. Added to the higher ABV (50%) this produces a complex and balanced whiskey that has notes of caramel, oak, citrus and spice.
- Straight Rye Whiskey
Bottled at 86% proof, this whiskey has been finished in toasted oak cigar barrels that were seasoned in the Vosges mountains in France. This finishing period adds a smoother more approachable quality to the rye, with notes of orange peel, coriander and spice.
