A unique Tennessee Bourbon with an unconventional mashbill. 30% of it is comprised of small grains, ie not Corn, Wheat or Rye. The resulting whiskey is aged for a minimum of 8 years in American Oak. Smooth and elegant this whiskey has notes of Vanilla, Butterscotch, Oak and Buttered toast.

Vanilla and butterscotch rise gracefully, wrapped in warm oak. Subtle buttered-toast notes lend toasty sweetness, while a refined grain-driven depth adds elegance. A mellow, inviting Tennessee bourbon aroma ready to unfold.
Palate
Silky, medium-bodied with refined sweetness. Vanilla sails into creamy butterscotch as toasted oak lends gentle spice and backbone. Buttered-toast notes linger, leaving a velvety mouthfeel and a long, clean finish.

Long and silky, the finish blooms with vanilla and butterscotch, riding a tide of toasted oak. Buttered toast notes linger, a gentle whisper of spice rounding the sweetness into a refined, enduring warmth.
