One of the very first Bottled In Bond American single malts in the nation. Every craft distiller is trying to get to the four year mark, and when we made it there, we found our whiskey tastes best right at the 50% abv mark. Colorado has such an impact on our aging style, and this whiskey is a perfect example.
Luscious, rich, and developed. Notes of dark molasses, toasted bread, faint fig and raspberry, and cocoa dust.

Luscious and rich, the nose opens with dark molasses, then toasted bread and cocoa dust. Faint fig and raspberry add delicate fruit, finishing with a soft, inviting sweetness that hints at Colorado maturation from this four-year Bottled In Bond single malt.
Palate
Silky and lush, the palate delivers dark molasses and toasted bread, with faint fig and raspberry lending fruit depth. Cocoa dust threads through, finishing with a warm, lingering 100-proof glow.
Finish
Long, warm finish with cocoa dust and dark molasses lingering on the palate. Faint fig and raspberry notes drift in, giving way to toasted bread and subtle oak spice as the warmth slowly fades, a refined, Colorado-aged echo that stays with you.
