An award winning collection of American whiskeys, developed in collaboration with the legendary musician Bob Dylan.
A unique Tennessee Bourbon with an unconventional mashbill. 30% of it is comprised of small grains, ie not Corn, Wheat or Rye. The resulting whiskey is aged for a minimum of 8 years in American Oak. Smooth and elegant this whiskey has notes of Vanilla, Butterscotch, Oak and Buttered toast.

Colour
Deep amber with coppery undertones and a honey-gold glow.
Nose
Vanilla and butterscotch dominate the nose, matched by warm toasted oak and creamy buttered toast. A caramel-soft sweetness lingers, carried by the depth of eight years in American oak for a polished, inviting bouquet.
Palate
Silky, creamy entry of vanilla and butterscotch, with subtle caramel and toasted oak. Medium-bodied and elegant on the palate, it delivers a smooth, buttered toast sweetness that lingers with warm vanilla and gentle oak spice.
Finish
Long and silky, the finish floods the palate with creamy vanilla and butterscotch that linger warmly. Toasted oak adds a resinous depth, while notes of buttered toast drift in and slowly fade to a refined, lightly spiced afterglow.
